I love how this McDowell guy, who used to work for a lobbying firm that worked against AT&T and BellSouth, basically told the other FCC guys: I have a conflict of interest. I can not and will not vote on this. You guys can figure this out. I wish we had more policitians in Washington like this guy. Class act. (Thanks to GigaOM for linking to it)
