Nokia is calling in the ITC to ban the importation of Qualcomm chips because their chips allegedly violate 5 Nokia patents. The patent dispute with Broadcom has effectively been worked around by Verizon and Sprint. I wonder if they can do the same tactics with Nokia, assuming it comes to that.
