This is why I have no problem paying for Applecare. I request service for my MacBookon Monday, they send me a box Tuesday, I ship it back Tuesday, they fixed it and will overnight it for arrival at my house on Thursday.

Of course, it remains to be seen if they actually fix the problem. The first time, they didn’t fix the problem, the second time they did, but the problem returned a few months later. Third time’s a charm, I guess. And if they don’t fix it, I still have a couple more years left on my Applecare to bug them about it. ![]()
